At this session, I will get to know you, and we’ll assess closely where you are. We will identify specific challenges you’re facing and your needs. Think of it akin to a physical exam, I will get your vitals and assess how everything is working.

On this week, I will reflect back what we discussed at the first session, see if anything else has come up and work on setting specific goals to carry through the rest of our sessions. We will discuss what your dreams are and where you envision yourself in the future and break it down into simple actionable and sustainable steps.

At this point I will introduce the first of the four alignment buckets (physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental). Whichever we tackle first will depend on the goals we set previously. Now we will zoom in even further on this particular area of your life. We will much more closely discuss what your pain points are in this area, talk through them and will set actionable steps for you to take over the next week to align this area with your values, goals, and dreams. The intention here is to be proactive and practical while recognizing our humanity, and making room for the future we are trying to create.

On this week we will check in on the progress of the previous week, address any challenges that may have come, make adjustments for future weeks, reflect on the growth you experienced. Then, we will introduce the next bucket and go through the same process as we did on week 3, but now focusing on this different area of your life.

During these weeks, we will follow the same pattern we did on weeks 3 and 4, covering the rest of the buckets (physical, spiritual, emotional and mental).

On week 11, we will revisit one last time our goals, we will assess the progress you’ve made tie any loose ends.

At the end of the day, my goal is to help you so that eventually don’t need me. Throughout the previous 11 weeks, we will have dug really deep into what was causing and maintaining a lack of balance and rest in your life. We will have also learned a number of tools and practices to correct that so that you are more intentional, present, and balanced. At this session, we will review our process so that, in the future, should life throw you a curveball, you are equipped to hold your own and not get thrown off course.

Coaching can be therapeutic, but it is not a replacement for therapy. Think of it as the difference between a fitness coach or trainer and a physical therapist. Both deal with very similar things, but only one of them is trained to do diagnosis and treatment.
